Shipping & RETURNS
All book orders (except bulk orders) are shipped via US Postal Service. The following shipping rates apply to regular orders:
Media (Economy) Mail (4 - 7 days) – FREE
Priority Mail (3 – 5 days) - $6.00 flat fee
Expedited Shipping – not available
Note: Media Mail is a discounted rate for written materials only. It is slightly slower than Priority Mail, but Media Mail also includes tracking information.
Orders are confirmed via email. If you fail to receive a notification, contact us directly at 253-857-7716 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (Mon – Fri -- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST).
Orders are typically filled within two business days. If there is an unforeseen delay, you will be notified via the email address you provided.
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you see any damage, please send a photo of the damage to email@example.com and we will immediately replace the damaged item(s). It is not necessary to return the damage items(s).
Cancellations and Refunds:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not issued, but damaged items will be replaced.
For Bulk Orders or Assistance with Orders:
If ordering 25 books or more, contact us directly for shipping options and fees.
If ordering 50 books or more, contact us directly for an increased discount and payment and shipping options.

Our purchasing site is secure via encryption. Once an order is processed, credit card information is safely discarded. We do not retain website cookies.
